Decent bagel shop. The employees are efficient and friendly. I occasionally stop in for lunch, I have yet to be there for breakfast. They use Boar's Head meats for the sandwiches, which in and of itself is high quality.

It seriously pains me to leave a negative review for this place, but it has become such a disappointment lately! When I first discovered Bagel Lovers, 3 sisters worked there and they were amazing! Service was WONDERFUL and quick, coffee was always hot and all flavors/creamers were well-stocked, and there was always ample amount of cream cheese on the bagels. A few months ago, the staff changed and service has hit rock-bottom. On 3 separate occasions I have waited my ENTIRE lunch time to have my order fulfilled. I have gotten cold coffee here more than once, and today my turkey wrap was thrown together missing 2 ingredients and the complimentary lunch cookie. I miss the old staff and management!

Nice place for a quick grab. The staff was friendly and good. Customer care. The veggie cream cheese tasted funny to me and the staff was quick in replacing my order.

WOW!!!!!!! Best customer service I have ever had. Every morning we stop for bagels. They always have a smile on their face and are very postive. You feel like family when you are in the bagel lovers. The sisters in the morning are such a blessing. I just got a pizza melt and it is out of this world. I can not express how much these ladies bust their butts but they still give you that amazing customer service. Being in the customer service industry, its hard to please people and these amazing sisters got it down! Keep up the great customer service ladies. Love your favorite customer. on 3/28/18 ! I needed something to bring to work for an office party, I got a bagel tray and everyone loved it!!!!! The ladies in the morning whipped up the tray and it looked fabulous. They really treat you like family!!!!! Love the ladies in the morning!!!!!

I've been going to Bagel Lovers daily for over a year. The service is fast, friendly and accurate... the staff is the best!! The coffee flavors rotate and are always fresh, hot and delicious. If your blend is ever out, just mention it and they replenish the carafe immediately. The bagel sandwiches are tasty and again, I've always gotten exactly what I've ordered. The sticky buns are awesome! The shop is clean and orderly... tables are wiped and chairs straightened continually. It's unpretentious, good food, coffee and pastries at fair prices... I have no reason whatsoever to switch!
